I enjoy being a part of a group that I believe has established a great set of values and goals, and has set forth a direction to travel. It has been interesting getting to know more about the organization and I look forward to continuing my learning process in the years to come. |
There was one program that celebrated women from the past. Lavyrle Spencer was highlighted - and I was excited to hear that she didn't even begin her career as an author until later in life. I left thinking, "It's never too late!" |
